In short: Soon collects nothing. There are no accounts and no servers. Every countdown, photo and setting lives only on your device.

Who we are

Soon is provided by SIA "Miglai", a limited liability company registered in Latvia (European Union) — registration number 40203733943, registered office "Reķu sala 4", Upesciems, Garkalnes pag., Ropažu nov., LV-2137, Latvia. SIA "Miglai" is the data controller for the purposes of applicable data protection law; full company details are in our Legal Notice. Because Soon collects no personal data, SIA "Miglai" holds no information about you. You can reach us at support@migla.io.

Data we collect

None. Soon does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. We have no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs that profile you. We never see your data because it never leaves your phone.

Your countdowns

The countdowns you create — titles, dates, emoji, themes — are stored only on your device using Apple's on-device database. They are never sent to us or anyone else.

Photo backgrounds

Photo backgrounds are entirely optional. When you choose one, iOS's standard photo picker shares only the single image you select with Soon — the app is not granted access to your photo library. That image is saved only on your device and is used solely to render your countdown. It is never uploaded, never sent to us or any third party, and we never see it. Remove the photo or delete the countdown and the image is gone from the app. Because we never receive these images, there is no third party “using” them — you remain in full control, and you are responsible for having the rights to any photo you add.

Widgets

Home- and lock-screen widgets read your countdowns from a private, on-device app group container shared only between Soon and its widget. This data stays on your device.

Purchases

Soon Premium is an optional subscription sold through Apple's App Store. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple using StoreKit; Soon never receives your payment details. Apple's handling of that transaction is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. Soon only learns, on your own device, whether an active subscription exists.

Sharing a countdown

When you export a countdown image and share it, you are choosing where it goes (Messages, Instagram, saving to Photos, etc.). That action is entirely under your control and handled by iOS's standard share sheet — Soon does not transmit the image on your behalf.

Your rights

Laws such as the EU GDPR give you rights to access, correct, or delete the personal data a company holds about you. Since Soon and SIA "Miglai" hold none, there is nothing on our side to access or erase — your countdowns and photos live only on your device and stay entirely under your control. If you ever have concerns, you may also contact your local data protection authority.

Children

Soon is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.

If this policy ever changes, we'll update this page and the “last updated” date above.
